Laika and Erin called it to my attention that people often ask them why did Adina choose the name Adina Equities. Although the word is commonly associated w/ stocks and trading which is not what we do, obviously, many people don't realize that the definition is the following: eq·ui·ty(kw-t)
n.pl.eq·ui·ties
1. The state, quality, or ideal of being just, impartial, and fair.
2. Something that is just, impartial, and fair.
3. Law
a. Justice applied in circumstances covered by law yet influenced by principles of ethics and fairness.
It is for this reason, the true definition of the word, that I chose the name Adina Equities. I think anyone who knows us, and does business with us, would agree, there couldn't be a better or more appropriate name.
