My move to Keller Williams NYC is ranking as the #1 most viewed article on The Real Deal.com. I believe this is what they call creating a buzz! I believe it is also a prophecy of what's to come for Keller Williams NYC.
We become #1 in every city we open a market center. That's just what we do.
I am thrilled to be making history in Manhattan with Ilan Bracha, our Chairman. He is not only a mega power broker he is a brilliant visionary businessman. It is a daily dose of inspiration to watch him go and a true honor to be by his side every step of the way on our focued and clear path to #1 in Manhattan. Thank you to Gary Keller and all of his team along the way for masterminding the business model of the century and providing a map of which to follow to accomplish dreams well beyond the imagination of most ordinary people.
When I first walked in to KWNYC into Ilan's office that one serendipitous day, I came in a curious well wishing friend and walked out on the fast track to a path that I knew was meant to be. A career moment, magical, yet not by accident. One thing I can attest to is that nothing happens at Keller Williams by accident. There is a clear mission, a calculated formula and a divine spirit that is evidently clear in every step this company takes. When you are ready for it, and if there is a match culturally, ethically, spiritually and financially, Keller Williams just shows up for you.
This is what happened to me. I know it's what happened to Ilan too. It's called an opportunity. In life, opportunities can just show up for you, however they pass you by if you don't have the vision, passion, intellect and drive to take them by the horns and ride. I know this is an opportunity of a lifetime. Not only for me to grow and flower into the leadership position I know is my destiny but also for my company, Adina Equities, to grow to the level I always knew it could but was too cumbersome to take it to that next level on my own. I cant wait to pass the torch of what I have built over the past ten years to a new leader and watch it thrive into a top producing mega agent office under the umbrella of proven success that Keller Willams provides. I can't wait to assume my new position as the inspirer, mentor and coach for KWNYC where I can touch the lives of each person that walks through our doors. This is the most exciting time in my life. To be a part of a company that thrives on empowering people and that in turn empowers their business to whole new levels, well, that's all I have ever wanted or needed.
Thank you to Ilan and everyone at Keller Williams for giving me these very big shoes to fill. I will wear them proudly as I follow the KW model all the way to where it always ends, #1.
