Last night I came home and normally on a Monday night I would have probably just continued working on my lap top and then crawled into bed with Luna and my blackberry. I was a little antsy and something in my head was saying "go out" so instead I went down to the neighborhood corner place-Bobby Van's to sit at the bar and have dinner and a glass of wine.

There was only one seat available and I sat next to this lovely Polish woman named Yolanda. As it turns out, she owns her own business too, an internet based business that sells all sorts of products at discounts on the web. She had her catalogs in her bag and was quite excited about her new venture. I saw the sparkle in her eyes. I was quite intrigued by the whole thing and set up a meeting with her today at my office to find out more about her company. Since I have just recently made this leap into cyber space, maybe I too can sell products on line under my Adina Equities umbrella. Hmmmm. I love new ideas. I was tired yesterday and sort of blah.

This chance meeting at Bobby Van's reminded me about the endless possibilities that do exist when you a) network and work new connections, especially with other business owners and b) get creative and think out of the box So will I will end up selling products soon on my website? Out of nowhere due to a chance meeting at dinner and a glass of wine. Maybe, just maybe.
