Thank You for your post and yes you are right, some avenues of finding clients or business are more efficient and prove to be more successful than others. However, as I was reading I found myself thinking that when you are in the real estate/financial business you are going to be wasting time. Everything we do in this business is wasting time, whether its finding clients, listings, investors, or just waiting for what you know will be a counter offer everything we do is simply wasting time. The more time we waste the more money we make. Not to say that you were not correct in believing that some ways of doing things prove to be less successful than others. You are right about that. But don't ever think that you wasted time doing something. This business is based on, again, wasting time and learning through experience.
