I'm SO releived, bidding wars on Rentals! It's true that renters are looking for concessions in many cases but at the same time we are seeing very healthy activity and even bidding wars on our exclusive rentals. It happened twice at my office this week. Woo hoo. I love bidding wars. But what broker doesn't. Ha! This is exciting, I hope the activity remains strong throughout the year. I mean of course it will slow down in the winter, but I hope there is still activity. We've had a great month overall and I am very grateful. More good news! It looks like I might be filming a segment on the NYC Rental Market for a new Real Estate show on Channell 11. I'm VERY excited about this and as soon as it's officially booked I will share more details. :-) I LOVE TV. I'm such a ham. I actually would love to be a host on a Real Estate TV show. So all this TV stuff is good practice and you never know who will see it. Good stuff. And of course great exposure for Adina Equities. I have to go get on the road back to the city from East Hampton.
