Congrats to Kelly Peppers who is the agent of the month for May-now she has achieved that two months in a row now. Kelly is a relatively now addition to the Adina Equities team. In a short period of time she has impressed me as a true example of what becoming a very successful agent is. I think the main thing that impresses me is her focus. She set goals for herself and keeps her focus on achieving them, whatever it takes. She often works 7 days, no complaints from early to late. If you want to see an apt at 8PM, Kelly without hesitation schedules that with you. She is professional, a great communicator, driven, ambitious, and most of all she cares about the listings she represents and matching them with Tenants who want to make that apartment their home. All this truly comes across in working with Kelly. It's interesting for me to watch different agents as they have come through my doors. Sometimes there is a just a certain something, a quality that someone possesses that makes them a great agent.

This "it" factor is something that Kelly has. It's a motivation that comes from within. She meets a client and she wants to help you find your apartment. It isn't just that it's her job. In my opinion the most successful agents are the ones that really care about their customers and less about themselves and their own time. When you give you get. I admire Kelly's ability to do that naturally. It's not something that one can typically teach. Either you have it, or you don't. And she does! Congrats Kelly on a job well done.
