Bummer, it doesn't look like my Hamptons rental referral is coming out today. I suppose it's the weather.. It's really not bad-it's actually warm out, not raining, just not super sunny. Oh well. It's perfect run on the beach weather so thats what I will do instead. Am going to the new "Living Room" at the maidstone for dinner tonight (my second time) It's lovely and the food is great btw. The good news is I did book the TV show with Channel 11 and we are shooting on Tuesday. I am so excited. I have my hair and makeup guy coming to the office in the morning, I have several dressed picked out to choose from, and I have my assistant making sure that the route of the 2 or 3 apartments I am showing goes smoothly. For the Real Estate Broker I fall into the TV celebrity role quite well. Ha! I even have a hair and makeup guy. I find that funny... Anyway... I am showing a renter a few apartments then they will have me talk about the state of the rental market right now as well. I'm sure it will be fun.
