Great week at Adina Equities this week. Danielle finished her last required college class so Congrats Danielle! I am glad you have your diploma but am even more glad that I am back to regular office hours again. You were missed:) My customer got board approval for my sale at 55 East End avenue. Closing soooooooon which is soooooooo good. I only sell a few apartments a year, maybe one or two, I am much more a fan of rentals but I am certainly a fan of a closing. Yay. Erin got all her apartments rented at East 65th Street. Go Erin. Just when I was about to switch agents on that building, Erin said, "give me another weekend" I admired that commitment (because it stinks to show and show and show and not get applications) but she was determined and it paid off. She rented the last 3 in a week. Moral of the story, don't give up. And if someone gives up on you, let them know if they are wrong. I am happy to be proven wrong. Good job Erin :) Jenn is taking the East Village by storm and Laika, my sweet Laika, I gave her some boxing gloves this week and gave her the it's Ok to be tough sometimes speech this week. Laika is also a yoga instructor that has her own studio, which is very cool. But Laika needs to tap into some power closing goddess energy and kick some Real Estate ass. I promise Laika, you will feel so good :) Just like right after Yoga class! Iruka closed a deal in one showing that the Landlord had been trying to rent out on his own since November. Heelllooo just call Adina Equities. ;)
