Clinton Hill, a small neighborhood, is located in the north central part of Brooklyn. It became a fashionable neighborhood in the 1840's when many of Manhattan's wealthy relocated and built their mansions. Many of the mansions remain today, one most notable are the four mansions built by Charles Pratt for himself and his three sons's. All are located on Clinton Avenue between DeKalb and Willoughby.
